Thanks for picking this up. The image is an abstract painting by Władysław Strzemiński - the idea behind the concert was to make music inspired by Polish avant-garde works of art. And yes, with humour, I feel that it's also that Cavaliers individually differ strongly about preferred comedy usage, but they make compromises and sometimes jokers take over. ;) They are sort of a tiny melting pot.

All new to me.
On the timestamp piece,"Część 2," it appears that some players (pianist) have some kind of score, possibly. Conducting definitely plays a major role. Also, the use of external material - colored scarves. Does the projected image represent anything? It seems important. Very soundscapey and deeply layered.
Definitely curious to learn what exactly is going on here.
The next piece,"Część 3," is very different with its theatrics. I'm a sucker for such things. I'm not sure if it's a cultural difference, but I'm sensing some humor. Actually, throughout the performance, musically, there are many funny moments.
Plus, anything "anti-elitist" is always welcome!

EDIT: This Ryszard Latecki guy has quite the impressive YT channel!
