down-time reduction

It might work well (although probably not with first-timers) to have 3 dice in colours yellow, pink and green and have one bigger roll.

Could you please clarify what goes on after first roll? Is it the rolling player choosing proper amount of people or who-first?
It might also be as in "duets" game that I'll describe right away.

Nice idea with the 3 colored dice. If I can find big wooded cubes I'll try it!

Do you mean when a 1 is rolled? Then anyone can play. I usually ask people who want to play to raise their hands, so we all know.
