Speed-jamming

It seems like a regular pub (funk/rock) jamming, but much faster ;).

Also, because of print-outs compatibility, we now need to have double-plussed (++) headers as main in game rules, not single-plussed.

It's very much like that. I pulled it out at a party last week when we suddenly decided to do some music games. Most players were rock type musicians. This game worked great with them. One of those games that helps ease people into the idea of music games.

We played it at the meeting and we had a "modification" (although only with your video I realised that it was different than written down ;) ) - we were joining the Loop Leader clockwise ("the player to the left of the Loop Leader joins …", at this stage it's a classic "my left or your left situation" ;) ), but, when changing the Loop Leader it was again as it's written in the rules.
The result is specific: Last person in the loop (the one that can play whatever) also when stays alone is going to become a new leader, and so is tasked to single-handedly make a fluent segue to start a new loop. It actually seems easier to make it fluent that way, but also gives a strong spotlight for a moment. That might be a variation that suits some and others not.
