Gather around in a circle. One player starts with a sustained note. Lyrics, rhythm and phrasing is up to the players though there should be enough of sustain. Turns proceed clockwise. Every so often next player chooses a pitch just perfect fifth or octave below or above what the player to the left is singing. Probably can also work with fourths/fifths and fourths/octaves.
