In this section we're going to have a list of improv mechanics worth using in music games with special focus on those that are not yet commonly seen.

Transition: Tagging out allows players to swap in the middle of the piece. This might work as the critique system — if you're queued up to enter, pick the person who you think played "the worst", and change places with them. It obviously may just serve a purpose of mixing things up without evaluation (but better make the purpose clear beforehand).

End condition: one person selected before the game is responsible for signaling the end of the piece. This stretches performers' creativity — running out of ideas when game's end is not in sight is just the moment for your development. This ending may be used in many free-form activities from our library.
